ShadowCat Services, Inc is a local husband/wife owned company providing Forestry Mulching and Land Clearing services to Volusia County, Orange County, Marion, Lake County, Seminole, Brevard, Duval, Putnam, and other areas of Central Florida.
When you hire ShadowCat Services, Inc, you will only deal directly with the owners, David or Sherri! We do not have hired hands or disinterested employees. ShadowCat does not employ any sub-contractors either! At no point in your communications with ShadowCat Services, Inc will you deal with anyone other than the owners. That guarantees excellent customer services and a one voice approach to dealing with ShadowCat. Unlike other companies, you will never be told one thing on the phone and then something different by an employee in the field. That is our promise!

Where we Service:
ShadowCat Services, Inc provides Land Management, Forestry Mulching and Land Clearing services to all of Central Florida area including: Orlando, Deland, Sanford, Gainesville, Ocala, Daytona Beach, Interlachen, Jacksonville, Ormond Beach, Kissimmee, Lakeland, New Smyrna, Eustis, Ft. McCoy, Mt Dora, Clermont, Oviedo, Groveland, Oviedo, Palatka, Pierson, Ocoee, Citra, Geneva, Osteen, Bithlo, Wedgefield, Leesburg, Crescent City, Cocoa Beach, Titusville, St Augustine, Palm Bay, Melbourne, Wildwood, Winter Haven, Winter Garden, etc.
If you are within two hours of Deland, we service your area. If outside of two hours and cannot find any trustworthy contractors, call us. We can go further out on a case by case basis.
When we work:
ShadowCat Services, Inc works seven days a week, so we will arrange a time that is most convenient to our customers. You don’t have to take a day off from your job to get your land cleared! Contact us at your convenience!
When deciding on a company for your land clearing needs, please keep in mind the issues we mention on the “Why Hire ShadowCat?” page. Even if you hire another company, make sure to check those items off on any company you hire to protect yourself!
How we can help:
Helping customers isn’t just the job itself. Schedules can be worked around so you don’t have to take a day off work. Land clearing can be a big investment so we can work with you on payments based on job size. We can tailor a timeline to do work on your budget. ShadowCat primarily does flat rate pricing! You know the work being done will not continue to grow a budget of its own. Once we agree on a price, it will not change unless you ask to change the scope of the work needed.
About Us:
About David: David is a University of Florida graduate, class of 1992, with a Bachelor’s degree in Criminology. After finishing a 22 year career in the Computer Software industry, ShadowCat has been his focus and passion. David does all field operations and is the “man in the machine”
ShadowCat owns all of our equipment which means there is no pass through rental costs to you. Owning all of our equipment shows we are committed to this industry.
